Theodora has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, stumbling upon her first class by curiosity - an innocent interest that has turned into an endless journey of self - exploration.
Being passionate about helping people achieve a a sense of equanimity, her classes are an invitation to cultivate the art of mindful awareness; compassionate holding and deep rest. They combine elements of asana (flowing and held postures); pranayama (breath-work); meditation and relaxation.
Theodora is committed to practising and facilitating yoga sessions with kindness and a boundless sense of gratitude for all the ancient teachings of yoga; her own teachers and all the inspiring human beings she gets to meet along the way.
Having completed her 500-Hour Teacher Training, a transformational experience of deep growth, with a focus on Yoga for Emotional Resilience and Restorative Yoga, she is currently studying Mindfulness (The Power of Awareness) with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
